What a nice gesture for your friend...I am sure she will appreciate it, no matter when she moved it! Settling in takes a while, anyway! It will give her some happy mail in her new mailbox, too!

I love this beautiful card for your friend. Using the door with the pretty wreath and the corner treatment for the sentiment really looks nice, plus the basket of flowers on the inside. I know you breathed a sigh of relief when the fabric arrived and you could start making the quilt. You're almost half finished making the squares!! We've had over 2" of rain since midnight. I have to go out to an appointment later this morning. I hope it stops by then. Enjoy your day!

That's a beautiful card for your friend. Late or not, I'm sure she will appreciate it and you. I have that set, too, and thought it might make some pretty Thanksgiving cards. Good luck with your quilting squares. I know they take a lot of time, patience and love to create. TFS

I love the colored wreath against the neutral background! And the corner sentiment is sweet!

While better late than never works in most cases, it definitely worked in this one. Your friend received a heartfelt card after she had a chance to get settled and could actually find the perfect spot to display it. Love the use of Crumb Cake in this card.
